About AMP, Inc. Prairie State Energy Campus
AMP acquired a 23.26% undivided ownership interest in the Prairie State Energy Campus (“PSEC”), a two-unit, supercritical coal-fired power plant designed to have a net rated capacity of approximately 1,582 mw and associated facilities in southwest Illinois. The PSEC ownership interest is held by AMP 368 LLC, a single-member Delaware limited liability company (“AMP 368 LLC”). AMP is the sole member of AMP 368 LLC. The facility began commercial operation in 2012. Sixty- eight AMP member communities are participating in the project.
